Absolutely mind-blowing experience at this guest house! The incredibly nice family went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. They provided helpful tips and spoke perfect English. The cozy, clean rooms and amazing rooftop terrace with jaw-dropping views were a bonus. The flexible and delicious breakfast was a win and the central location was a plus. Don't hesitate, just book it!

We asked for a neat and well heated room with amazing view, balcony, air conditioning and got one. Everything was perfect, including a generous and delicious breakfast choice.

Best aspects of our stay were the ideal downtown location, with plenty of restaurants and services within a short walk. The room was very comfortable, with air conditioning and a small sitting area. The breakfast served on the rooftop was delicious and the view from the balcony was beautiful. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful hosts.

Worst aspect was the lack of air conditioning in one of the rooms. It got quite hot, especially in August, and we had to keep the windows open to stay comfortable.

The hotel with immaculately clean rooms, in a lovely area, very close to city center. Exceptionally comfortable beds, climate control and a seating area in the room. Perfect views right across the valley all around. The staff was helpful and the setting was marvellous.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of town. The view from the terrace was breathtaking. The rooms were clean and cozy. The homemade breakfast was delicious. The owners were welcoming and helpful. The English-speaking owner made communication easy. The common terrace was great for socializing with other travelers. The value for money was amazing.

Nothing that I didn't like.

I had a blast hiking in the area, even though I'm not the fittest person. The airport being nearby was just perfect, in case I wanted to escape quickly. And who needs WiFi anyway when you have a sun terrace to soak up the rays?

Oh, I just loved struggling with the lack of free WiFi. It really added an extra layer of excitement to my stay.

The family who runs the hostel is super friendly and speaks fluent English. The balcony offers amazing views and is perfect for relaxing with a drink or enjoying a homemade breakfast.

Felt extremely safe, and the hosts were always willing to help with any requests.

We had a wonderful stay at Three Gracia - the hosts were attentive and helpful, always catering to our needs. It truly felt like being part of an authentic Georgian family. The separate rooms on the roof had stunning views and a cosy log cabin atmosphere. And let's not forget the memorable breakfasts, packed with homemade Georgian delights. The location was also excellent, being very close to the town center and the famous Pheasants tears restaurant.

The room at Three Gracia was incredible! It had a beautiful terrace with stunning mountain views, which made me feel so connected to nature. The seating area was cozy, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The balcony was a nice touch, adding a touch of charm to the room. I also loved having a washing machine and an electric kettle in the room, making my stay even more convenient. the room felt like a home away from home.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the soundproofing in the room as I could occasionally hear some noise from outside. However, I understand that others might still enjoy the feature and the noise wasn't too bothersome.
